University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"管理栄養士資格を取得するため臨地実習を行う必要があるが、その実習内容が就業意識(管理栄養士として職業を希望するか否か)にどのように影響するかはこれまで明らかになっていなかった。そこで本研究では、管理栄養士養成課程を履修している学生が、公衆栄養学臨地実習(以下、実習とする)の前後における実習内容の変化についての検討を行った。併せて、コロナ禍の前後における就労意識の変化についても対比した。2017年度から2021年度における尚絅学院大学の実習履修者に対し、事後アンケート調査を行い、419名を分析対象者とした。アンケートでは、実習前および実習後の就業意識について「まったく希望しない」、「できれば希望しない」、「できれば希望する」、「是非希望する」の4件法で回答してもらった。その結果、実習前においては、コロナ禍前の方がコロナ後と比較して就業意識が高いことが明らかになったが、実習後では両者で有意差がなくなっていた。つまり、コロナ禍後であっても実習後は、コロナ禍前と遜色がない水準まで就業意識が高まっていることが示唆された。今後の実習においても、非常時用として、ICT(Information and Communication
