Welche Faktoren machen Arbeitnehmer und Führungskräfte in Unternehmen glücklich und zufrieden, was hingegen belastet sie dauerhaft? Wie kann es Mitarbeitern gelingen, sich an ihrem Arbeitsplatz wohl zu fühlen und gleichzeitig ihren Aufgaben und komplexer werdenden sozialen Arbeitsumfeldern gerecht zu werden? Diese Fragen gewinnen zunehmend an Aktualität und benötigen immer mehr Coaching und Beratung. Der Verfasser der vorliegenden Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Phänomen von Burn-out in Unternehmen und setzt sich mit sinn- und werteorientierten Lösungsmodellen, vor allem mit dem Modell der Logotherapie nach Viktor Frankl auseinander.
