College","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"糖尿病は現在日本を含め、世界で急増しており、罹病者の生命に関わるだけでなく、そのQOLの低下を招く重大な疾患である。糖尿病の治療法としては、食事療法・運動療法・薬物療法があるが、そのうち、食事療法はすべての治療法の基礎として位置づけられている。糖尿病食事療法の原則は、適切なエネルギー摂取とその枠内での栄養のバランスであり、現在、その原則を簡便に実行する為に食品交換表が考案され、広く活用されている。しかしながら、食事療法すべてが確立されているわけではなく、近年著増している糖尿病性腎症のための食事療法や、炭水化物を厳密にコントロールしたカーボカウント法など新たな食事療法の研究が進められると共に、糖尿病食事療法の実践に向けたさまざまな支援(栄養指導)方法が工夫されている。本稿では、糖尿病食事療法の歴史的経過と現状を文献等を用いて調査した上で整理し、さらに現代日本の糖尿病当事者が食事療法実践にあたり、どのような困難を抱え、どの様な支援を求めているかを明らかにする目的でアンケート調査を実施した。アンケート回答者は30代以降の糖尿病および糖尿病予備群男女167名であり、食事療法実施上の困難としては、全体としては、食事量、栄養バランス、間食量が高率に挙げられており、3食摂取と飲酒量で男女に有意な差がみられた。食事療法実施上の支援要望としては、栄養士による指導、本やパンフレットのほか、カロリー等表示の希望などが高率に挙げられており、低カロリー菓子の開発・販売において男女に有意な差がみられた。糖尿病食事療法を進めるにあたり、個別の栄養指導のみでなく、「食」を巡る社会システムにも目を向けていく必要があることが分かった","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_15":{"attribute_name":"表示順","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"14","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_16":{"attribute_name":"アクセション番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"KJ00005305839","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_8":{"attribute_name":"記事種別(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究ノート","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_9":{"attribute_name":"記事種別(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Note","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24511/00000123","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_2_source_id_1":{"attribute_name":"雑誌書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12012046","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_2_source_id_19":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"13496883","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_text_6":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"ja","subitem_text_value":"尚絅学院大学"},{"subitem_text_language":"ja","subitem_text_value":"尚絅学院大学健康栄養学科"}]},"item_2_text_7":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"en","subitem_text_value":"Shokei
