Amount of self-consumption, which is largely due to the lifestyle of households that cannot be estimated exactly, which makes it difficult to determine the balance of the revenue obtained by selling electricity and the costs of installation of the system.\n　In this paper, power generation, self-consumption and amount of electricity sales at the house which has residential solar power system for more than a year, have analyzed and the time period required to recover the system cost was examined. The result shows that a smaller self-consumption rate, the time period required to recover the system cost is less.
