含有量(0.5%または 0.1%)とたんぱく質含有量(20%または10%)を要因とする二元配置分散分析(2×2)で計4群を設定した。飼料中 Ca の 0.5%含量およびたんぱく質の 20%含量が AIN-93G に準じた標準状態である。これらの条件で3~ 10 週齢(成長期)は5%脂肪食(標準)、11 週齢(成獣期)以降は 20%脂肪食の高エネルギー食を与え、19 週齢の終わりに解剖した。その結果、低 Ca /低たんぱく質食はラットの体重増加を著しく抑制し、特に、除脂肪体重と大腿骨重量が低かった。低 Ca 食のラットは標準 Ca 食に比べて、空腹時血漿トリアシルグリセロール濃度が高かった。さらに肝臓重量も重く、肝脂質量も有意に高かった。以上の結果から、幼仔期から長期にわたる Ca
