As the result of the investigation, it was found that 93.5% principals, 55.9% managers, and 15.6% child-carers were Christians. 47% of nurseries have no Christian child-carers. Just having a Christian principal (or a pastor who acts as a principal) can not be said to be enough to advance Christian education. Also even if non-Christian carers learn to tell Bible stories or to pray, without having Christian faith themselves, true Christian education will not take place. Personal faith is after all a matter of themselves and God. So, how should Christian nurseries share the same principle of genuine Christian education? This is a serious issue for nurseries, churches, and universities. We conclude that it is important to trust the living and powerful Word of God whether child-carers are Christian or even if they are not.
