College","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成5年に土地区画整理事業によって整備された八乙女地区では、地区計画において住宅地と道路の境界の民地側に「プランターボックス」と呼ばれる植栽枡の設置を決め、霧島ツツジを植樹した。その後の維持管理は、「仙台まちづくり八乙女記念基金」の助成を資金源に業者へ委託する形態で行なってきたが、基金に頼れなくなる状況も考えられるため住民主体の維持管理手法について検討する時期にきている。そこで本研究では、住民主体で行なう維持管理へ向けた課題を見出すこととした。八乙女1～4丁目の 1100
